The historic Villa Sander in Frankfurt is being revitalised: SATELLITE OFFICE and founder Anita Gödiker invited guests to the ” Baustellenparty – Ein Fest unter Freunden”. This event marked an important milestone in the creation of a unique workspace in Frankfurt’s banking district. Even before the renovation work was completed , friends, customers and guests celebrated the future vision of this place. The event also sent out a strong signal in favour of social responsibility and the promotion of cultural values.
Villa Sander: a historical jewel
Villa Sander, a magnificent Wilhelminian-style villa, is located in Mainzer Landstrasse, surrounded by the towers of Deutsche Bank. Designed by Friedrich H. L. Sander, the building last served as a guest house for Deutsche Bank. Now the villa is being converted into a state-of-the-art business centre for SATELLITE OFFICE , without losing its historical charm. Christian Kumbernuss, Managing Director of the landlord Dr. Bscher Immobilien, emphasised the many years of trustful cooperation with SATELLITE OFFICE.
Tradition meets modernity
What makes this project so special is the combination of traditional architecture and state-of-the-art technology. The villa will retain its historical splendour, but will be equipped with state-of-the-art office technology. The opening is planned for February 2025.
Symbol of social responsibility
The “construction site party” was more than just a site celebration. Under the motto “Unmistakable signs in unheard-of times”, the event stood event stood for social cohesion and cultural responsibility. The new Business Center

A highlight of the party was the performance by the ” Satellite Artists”, sponsored by the “Instrumentum Foundation”. The foundation supports young musicians with master instruments. The musical performances showed how economic success and social commitment can go hand in hand.
The “building site party” was an inspiring prelude to the opening in February 2025, where history, culture and modernity will be brought together.
