Entrepreneurs and managers gathered in our satellite office on Neuer Wall in Hamburg , to discuss current economic challenges in a relaxed atmosphere. A few days before the general election , topics such as the shortage of skilled labour, agile leadership and the future of work were at the centre of the discussions.
Impetus for the SME sector
These issues are particularly important for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The shortage of skilled labour poses major challenges for many companies, while agile management concepts open up new opportunities for flexible and efficient working. The general economic uncertainty and the question, how companies should position themselves in the long term were also intensively discussed.
However, in addition to the technical discussions, the main focus was on the essentials: gainingnew perspectives, learning from each other and making valuable contacts.
