1st Satellite Office: You will be responsible for managing all eight Satellite Office locations. How do you do it?
Florian Wolf: “I am lucky to have a fully motivated team with whom I am in constant exchange. Once a month, we all have a fixed appointment for a joint video call or a personal meeting. What works well for us are “best practice” procedures. Procedures that work particularly well at one site are shared with all and transferred when possible.”
Satellite Office: What do you enjoy most about your job?
Florian Wolf: “I’m a real networker! Bringing people together, benefiting from each other, initiating things together….that’s how you achieve great things in my view. Leading the teams is a lot of fun for me because everyone pulls together like that. 2019 – here we come!”
