We are hosts with
five-star service
- Customer and guest reception at the highest level
- Independent support for our customers' move-ins and move-outs
- Professional telephone answering, forwarding and writing of call notes
- Responsible processing of customer mail
- General secretarial tasks and, if necessary, comprehensive assistant activities
- Event bookings of our meeting rooms to customers
- Preparation and follow-up of the meeting rooms
- Office readiness / maintenance and care of the center during operation
- Inventory monitoring/ maintenance/ ordering
- Data maintenance and reporting according to internal requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the areas of hotel, event or office management
- Perfect knowledge of German (C1/C2) and good knowledge of English (from B2)
- Good PC skills (Outlook, MS Office, Excel)
- you are a cool guy with a sense of style and design
- Ability to multitask and keep a cool head
- Cosmopolitan and friendly appearance in a business casual look
